The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 1 PM to 9 PM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Abundant lightning on dry fuels resulting in the potential for numerous new fire starts. * AFFECTED AREA...In California, all of Fire weather zone 282, and in Oregon, all of Fire weather zones 617, 620, and 622. * THUNDERSTORMS...Scattered thunderstorms with abundant lightning expected.
