Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. * AFFECTED AREA...Much of Fire Weather Zone 280 east of Happy Camp. This includes the Shelly Fire. * THUNDERSTORMS...Scattered thunderstorms are expected today. Lightning strikes outside of precipitation cores are possible and cause for concern. * OUTFLOW WINDS...Gusts up to 35 mph.
