WEATHER ZONES 280, 281, AND 282...

* IMPACTS...Given the recent prolonged stretch of very hot and
  very dry conditions, lightning efficiency will be high to very
  high for fire starts. Any fires that develop will likely
  spread rapidly.

* AFFECTED AREA...Much of Fire Weather Zone 280 east of Happy
  Camp. This includes the Shelly Fire.

* THUNDERSTORMS...Scattered thunderstorms are expected today.
  Lightning strikes outside of precipitation cores are possible
  and cause for concern.

* OUTFLOW WINDS...Gusts up to 35 mph. These outflow winds can
  travel up to 50 miles away from the thunderstorm that caused
  it.

* ADDITIONAL INFORMATION...Storms will occur mainly during the
  afternoon and evening, with the greatest coverage expected this
  afternoon and this evening. Isolated thunderstorms are possible
  into this morning and again later tonight into Monday morning.
  Thunderstorms will trend wetter today, but remain a mix of wet
  and dry storms.
