- Western Klamath National Forest; Central Siskiyou County Including Shasta Valley
- The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a Fire Weather Watch, which is in effect from Friday afternoon through Friday evening.
- IMPACTS Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
- AFFECTED AREA Mostly the Shasta and Scott valleys of Fire Weather Zones 280 and 281, but also portions of the Klamath National Forest.
- WINDSSouthwest to west 10 to 20 mph with gusts 30 to 40 mph.
- MINIMUM HUMIDITY 10 to 15 percent.
- DURATION 3 to 7 hours.
